E-3 Visa Immigration Attorney

The E-3 visa is a unique work visa available exclusively to Australian citizens who are coming to the U.S. to work in a specialty occupation. 

Requirements 

• The applicant must be an Australian citizen. 
  
• The beneficiary must hold a U.S. bachelor’s degree or higher, a foreign degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree, or a professional license in a specialty occupation field. The degree or license must be directly related to the position being offered. 
  
• The job must be a specialty occupation that requires the theoretical and practical application of highly specialized knowledge, typically gained through at least a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. 
  
• Certified LCA. 

Minimally Required Documents 

• Australian passport 
• A letter from the U.S. employer detailing the proposed job duties. 
• Employee’s resume, university diploma and transcripts.
