Employment-Based Immigration Attorney

Employment-Based Immigration, also known as the "green card" process, allows foreign nationals to become U.S. permanent residents through their employment. We work with both employers and individual employees to manage the multi-step process toward permanent residency. 

• EB-1 Extraordinary Ability: The EB-1 category is a path to a green card for individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. 

• EB-1 Multinational Manager: This is for multinational executives or managers who have worked for a qualifying organization abroad and are being transferred to the U.S. 

• EB-2 / EB-3 - Permanent Labor Certification: The EB-2 and EB-3 categories are for professionals, skilled workers, and other workers. The process typically requires the employer to go through a Permanent Labor Certification (PERM) to prove there are no qualified U.S. workers for the position.
